HILLSIDE - Permit for two pre-engineered metal pergolas. One pergola will be 17'x14' with 16" footings, attached to the house wall. The other will be 10'x12' with 15" footings, attached to the eaves. All work per plans, engineering, manufacturer’s specs, & local code. **JAB**
A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
