(NXEDGE) Permit is to remodel an existing 1,765 sq. ft. main floor fabrication area and remodel of existing 1,862 sq. ft. office mezzanine area within the existing 27,9744 sq. ft. building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: at main floor removal of select door/door frames, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a demising wall, (2) electrical rooms, select wall infill, select new door/door frames, at office mezzanine area construction of select interior nonbearing walls to demise the exiting mechanical ductwork and piping, interior nonbearing walls to extend above existing half wall up to above the ceiling and new wall to demise the stairs and the office area, select new door/door frame, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase, for story increase, to allow the H-3 Occupancy, and for fire area. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
