**(VANILLA)** NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 17,855 sq. ft. vanilla warehouse tenant space that was created under BLD18-03157. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: removal of select overhead doors and man door in unpermitted openings by previous tenants, construction of select 2-hour rated wall infill to address unpermitted interior rated wall openings by previous tenants, construction of select interior nonbearing walls within the existing warehouse area to create a mechanical room, a closet, a break room, a conference room, an office, open office area and (2) accessible restrooms, select new door/door frames, millwork, Hi/Lo drinking fountain, select new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, select new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
