(VANILLA - CSC BUILDING - 2ND FLOOR – SUITE #200) NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 19,315 sq. ft. business space on the second floor within the existing building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames and relocate select doors, removal of select interior windows, removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create offices throughout the floor, select new door/door frames, select wall infill, a new electric oven in the breakroom, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, relocated light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. The fire sprinkler is used for area and height increase. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
