**Plan Modification for additional retaining wall starting at east side of house**HILLSIDE** **WUI ZONE 'B' CLASS 'A' ROOF REQUIRED** **PRESCRIPTIVE ENERGY REQUIREMENTS** CAT 1 HILLSIDE PERMIT-Permit for the construction of a new 4353 sq. ft., two story (first story 3305 sq. ft., second story 1048 sq. ft.) single family dwelling with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, approximately 854 sq. ft. of covered patio/porch and a 715 sq. ft. attached garage per the approved plans and any notations. R-1B zoning and setbacks per planning. JJNA letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection. Prior to obtaining a final for the permit, the roof storm drainage system must be inspected by Public Works. Call Melissa Jannusch at 208-608-7168.
The final inspection of the site grading and drainage work shall be done by the design engineer. Written approval shall be submitted to Boise Public Works prior to the issuance of the building final.
An erosion and sediment control site preparation inspection is required for this site. The site preparation inspection takes place after all required erosion and sediment control best management practices have been installed and BEFORE any earthwork takes place. All disturbed slopes included in the construction of this project must be stabilized and approved by Public Works before a Final Occupancy Permit is granted. If weather conditions prohibit revegetation and stabilization activities, the contractor shall provide a bond/surety agreement or an irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of 110% of the cost estimated by the project engineer to enable stabilization of the site.
