(VANMARK EQUIPMENT LLC) SPECIAL INSPECTIONS REQUIRED FOR IN-FIELD WELDING SEE 310 FORM **PLAN MOD = LARGER RESTROOMS IN NORTH EAST CORNER OF WAREHOUSE, STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING PROVIDED*** MDH Permit to remodel approximately 3,465 sqft. of the first floor of an existing two story office space. The existing building is a total of approximately 23,690 sqft. factory (20,225) and office area with no work in the factory. The office remodel will demo existing office areas completely removing the second floor and construct new office areas (ground level only) with new accessible restrooms. Demo work to include: bearing and non-bearing interior walls, doors, windows, three staircases, bathrooms, suspended ceiling, stair metal guard rail, casework, entire second floor. New work to include: non-load bearing walls, doors, accessible restrooms and drinking fountain, accessible transaction counter, furred exterior walls with R-20 insulation, demising wall separating office from factory (not code required), finishes, mechanical work, electrical work, plumbing work. Structural engineering provided. Finishes to be in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fire sprinkled. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings fire sprinkler will require a separate permit and shall be installed per NFPA13 as regulated by the Boise fire department. MDH
