(BRIGHTON PLAZA – 1st & 2nd FLOOR – COMMON AREA RESTROOMS) Permit is to remodel existing common areas to create (4) additional accessible restrooms and a shower room. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select acoustic suspended ceiling, removal of select plumbing fixture, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create (2) single user accessible restrooms on the 1st floor, (2) single user accessible restrooms on the 2nd floor and an accessible shower on the 2nd floor, select new door/door frames, select new gypsum ceiling, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fire sprinklered for area increase and 1-hour substitution. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
