A-1 zoning and setbacks per planning. JJN FIRE SPRINKLERS ARE REQUIRED. REF CUP18-00057. LGMA letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection. A representative of Boise Public Works shall verify the connection of the roof drains to the storm drain stubout through a cleanout placed at the connection point. This shall include a test of the system by running water into a roof drain leader and verifying that it is being discharged into the storm drain in the street; or a similar method acceptable to the City.
