(TASTE ASIAN FUSION BISTRO) Permit is to remodel an existing 3,056 sq. ft. assembly restaurant space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create an office, a kitchen/dining demising wall and a bar demising half wall, select new door/door frames, new bar equipment, millwork, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, electrical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. Note: this permit will include the unconditioned nonbearing enclosed with storefront windowed waiting area (approx. 212 sq. ft.) in the east end of the building that was installed without a permit by previous tenants See DRH19-00049. This building is fully sprinklered for allowable area increase. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
