**(BOISE CASCADE – LOWER FLOOR - SUITE #75)** (2 PERMITS FILED UNDER BLD19-00141 IN EPLANREVIEW) NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing vacant 9,403 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this tenant space is to be 1,601 sq. ft. and the remaining 7,802 sq. ft. will be used for expanding an existing occupied tenant space created under BLD19-00141. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file.
