Permit to remodel an existing 1,964 sq. ft. office space within an existing 19,285 sq. ft. building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create (3) adjustment rooms, (1) office, (2) exam rooms, an x-ray room, a hallway and a reception area, millwork, a new Hi/Lo drinking fountain, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, relocate existing light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
