(OMBU 3 KOREAN BBQ) **PLAN MODIFICATION 9-30-19 To modify truss reinforcing for fire sprinkler pipe between trusses, SEE SHEET S-1.00.** This building is adding a fire sprinkler system for building area increase and for fire area. Building to the east (Sockeye Brewing) shall also be retrofitted with fire sprinklers through an upgrade agreement at a later date. Permit to remodel an existing 4,510 square foot mercantile space into a restaurant. Work is to include new non-bearing interior walls, two multi-user toilet rooms to be accessible to the disabled, dining area, salad bar, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work; and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. A new kitchen with a new Type I Hood, 39 Type I exhaust hoods and cooking griddles at each dining table, new UL listed kitchen equipment, and a portion of the concrete slab will be saw cut and removed to facilitate underslab plumbing and a new concrete slab on grade will be placed to patch the concrete after the plumbing is complete. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any installation work on such systems. **JHB**
