(RAVENSWOOD SOLUTIONS) **Permit is to construct a 16,200-sq. ft. office / software production area within an existing 165,000 sq. ft. unlimited area warehouse building. The new tenant will occupy a total of 105,000 sq. ft. space within the building. The prior tenant was Air Van under permit BLD13-00902. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Work to include: exterior chain link fencing, new exterior window in concrete tilt-up wall, two new reception areas, new multi-user toilet rooms, new shower room, new offices, new conference room, new software uploading rooms, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work which includes new mechanical rooftop units, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. The existing warehouse area to remain unaltered per attached plans. Racking or storage that exceeds 8 ft. in height requires a separate Building Permit. Any alterations or modifications to the building’s Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Framing is complete and appears OK.....except asked them to add more bracing to top of walls. Mark wants to one side walls where Electrical has approved rough-in. Plumbing seems to be OK with that..........
