(MCDONALD’S #13630) Permit is to remodel the interior and exterior of an existing 3,817 sq. ft. assembly restaurant. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file, plan review report and attached engineering. Work to include: removal of select site work, removal of select exterior walls, removal of outdoor play structure, removal of select exterior storefront doors, removal of select storefront windows, removal of select mansard roof assembly, removal of select exterior parapet, removal of select interior walls, removal of dining area seating/tables/counters, removal of restroom plumbing fixtures, select removal of select kitchen equipment, removal of interior customer service counter, removal of interior menu boards and relocate, removal of select floor finishes, removal of select soffit ceiling, relocate beverage bar counter, select new site work, new exterior site concrete sidewalk and concrete slab, select new site planter box retaining wall, select new footing for addition, new construction of exterior wall framing to create a total of 44 sq. ft. building addition to the existing building on the NW and SW front entry to the dining area , select new structural columns, select new exterior wall assembly, select new exterior metal canopies, select new exterior wall infill, select new exterior storefronts window and doors, select new exterior roof parapet wall, new exterior TPO roof, select new interior nonbearing walls, select new ceiling soffit, restroom remodel, new dining room fixture, millwork, select new kitchen equipment, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, select new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC.
