To construct a storage and garage building having a total floor area of about 3,270 square feet. Work is to include concrete footings, concrete stem walls, concrete slab on grade, wood stud exterior walls, structural wood panel shear walls with hold downs, engineered wood trusses, structural wood panel roof deck and diaphragm, three interior 1-hr fire barrier walls, overhead doors, a side-hinged swinging exit door, window, composite shingles, and fiber cement horizontal lap siding. The truss design is a deferred submittal item. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural designs, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
