Scope of work includes removal of non-bearing interior partition walls, removal of existing plumbing, sawcut existing slab for future plumbing lines, removal of interior finishes, removal of all existing outlets and wiring back to the box or properly terminated above ceiling line, and removal of some existing light fixtures. No new work is allowed under this permit. No exterior demolition is allowed under this permit.
