Work is to include split rail fences; permanent benches; bike racks; accessible drinking fountains; permanent trash can receptacles; shade structures with steel frames, concrete footings, and flame-retardant seasonal fabric covers; anchored picnic tables; a concrete stairway and bike ramp with handrails; bike repair stations; a "high" and a "low" drinking fountain with a water bottle filler; maintenance material bins; bollards; a route accessible to the disabled with a slope of 1 unit vertical to 20 units horizontal or flatter and a firm, stable, and slip resistant floor surface to at least one of each type of element at each attraction; concrete slabs on grade; a cross country bike trail; expert pump bike track; kids pump bike track; and a bike flow trail with launch pads, landings, rollers, berms, etc. To construct an off-leash dog park.
