(AERO SPECIALTIES – BUILDING C – 2ND STORY OFFICE AND BREAKROOM AREA) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase, for story increase, and for fire area. A 555 square foot breakroom located on an existing 1,140 square foot enclosed 2nd story within an existing two story building will be converted to a 380 square foot open office area, a 127 square foot break room, and a 40 square foot hallway. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, an interior door, millwork, and finishes. A total of 7 work stations are shown on the drawings within the office area. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. This is a scope of work permit. This permit is NOT intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy. The existing Certificate of Occupancy is unaffected by the proposed work. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
