Work to include construction of exterior site work, new exterior finishes, new monument tower building addition, new stairway to mezzanine, new interior nonbearing partition walls, new doors and millwork, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. All work to be done per the approved plans and applicable codes and ordinances. SPECIAL INSPECTIONS are required per form #310 for structural steel welding, masonry, wood, and soils noted on sheet S0.01. This building will be fully Fire Sprinklered and will require a separate permit for the design and installation of the automatic fire sprinkler system.
