Adding Dining room, Living room Kitchen, Mechanical/Storage Room, Powder and Laundry Closet downstairs and (3) Bedrooms, (2) Baths upstairs. Prescriptive or better Energy Code is proposed. Ductless heating system is being proposed. Foundation is being constructed of Logix 12" (8" conc.) ICF. All work to be done according to Logix specifications and local codes.
