MDH R-1B zoning and setbacks per planning. ***SPRINKLERS ARE REQUIRED PER PUD12-00016*** LGM A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
