(FLYING PIE PIZZARIA – NEAR WEST END OF BUILDING) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase and for fire area. To combine two tenant spaces (2,780 square feet and 962 square feet) into a 3,763 square foot tenant space for a new restaurant tenant. Work is to include a commercial kitchen with a pizza oven and a Type II hood, two toilet rooms upgraded to be accessible to the disabled, a below grade exterior grease interceptor, a beer cooler, a walk-in cooler, kitchen equipment, and finishes. Portions of the existing concrete floor slab will be saw cut and removed and trenches dug to allow the installation of below grade sewer pipes. After backfilling the trenches, new concrete infill slabs will be placed. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural analysis of the roof including details, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
