Previously noted iems have been corrected with exception to door hardware on exterior door and fire alarm corrections, A/V devices were changed but a different model was used, a fire alarm permit is required for fire alarm modifcations. Per conversation with Troy Cobbley, a 90 day TCO for life fire safety has been authorized by Ron Johnson. Signatures provided on permit sign off card for associated trades.
