Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **JHB** Tenant will be utilizing a med gas cart with 1 E size tank of N2O and 1 stored for medical procedures.
