(BOISE DENTAL ARTS – TENANT IMPROVEMENT) (8-16-19 PLAN MODIFICATION TO INSTALL AN ELECTRIC FURNACE WITHIN THIS TENANT SPACE SUPPORTED BY AN ELEVATED INTERIOR PLATFORM SUPPORTED BY INTERIOR WALLS. A CONDENSING UNIT WILL BE INSTALLED ON THE ROOF. OUTSIDE AIR IS REQUIRED TO BE AVAILABLE TO SERVE ALL ROOMS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2012 IMC AS RED LINED ON THE DRAWINGS.) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase, for fire flow, and for fire area. To remodel an existing 2,340 square foot tenant space for a new dental office tenant. Some of the existing concrete slab on grade will be removed to accommodate under slab plumbing work. Work is to include a concrete slab on grade, interior nonbearing walls, two single-user toilet rooms accessible to the disabled, a “high” and a “low” drinking fountain accessible to the disabled, interior doors, interior windows, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board soffits, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. No one is allowed to be incapable of self-preservation within this facility, whether rendered incapable by staff or staff accepts responsibility for a care recipient already incapable. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
