Work to include: DEMOLISHING existing non-wall bearing interior walls, existing bathrooms, existing HVAC and electrical as needed, removing CMU Blocks installed to infill a previous opening in the exterior wall in 1988; ADDING a non-bearing interior wall, ADA compliant Bathroom, replacing an existing exterior wall between CMU wall opening with a new front door, glass and exterior wall, HVAC and electrical as per plans, interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC.
