CAT I Hillside pool permit. Permit for a new inground concrete, free form swimming pool 31' x 20'-10" or approx. 467 square feet per the approved plot plan. All work to be done according to engineering, manufacturing, notes and local codes. Barrier requirements to be met with automatic pool cover (meeting ASTM F 1346) or a barrier meeting Section 305 of ISPSC. Separate electrical permit required. ***BJM***A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the pool subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling inspections. The final inspection of the site grading and drainage work shall be done by the design engineer. Written approval shall be submitted to Boise Public Works prior to the issuance of the building final.
