(CERTIFIED KITCHEN + BAKERY) **8-1-19 PLAN MODIFICATION to modify the mechanical and electrical drawings to fit within the ceiling cavity** This building is not fire sprinklered. ** Permit for a bakery in Hyde Park and includes a new tenant improvement in a recently renovated shell and core building under permit BLD18-04579. Work includes construction of a bakery counter, customer seating area, walk-in cooler, commercial kitchen, new non-bearing partitions, installation of new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This occupancy would normally be classified as an A-2 occupancy; however, the occupant load is less than 50 and shall be classified as a “B” occupancy. Two-hour fire barriers have been installed at the property lines to divide this occupancy into separate fire areas under the prior shell and core permit and shall be maintained. All work to be done per the approved plans and applicable codes and ordinances. Racking that exceeds 8 ft. in height requires a separate Building Permit be submitted and approved before installation. **JHB**
