Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a new skincare treatment tenant (facials, waxing, etc.) within an existing 1,320 square foot tenant space located within an existing 2,728 square foot building. Egress is directly to the outside at grade. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit.
