(MCDONALD’S #4289) ""PLAN MODIFICATION TO ADD A GREASE INTERCEPTOR"" Permit is to remodel the interior and exterior of an existing 4,471 sq. ft. assembly restaurant and new construction of exterior wall framing to create a total of 320 sq. ft. building addition (175 sq. ft. on the west end of the existing building between the existing drive-thru windows and 145 sq. ft. cooler building on the north end creating a building that is 4,791 sq. ft. (3,086 sq. ft. existing main floor + 175 sq. ft. new addition + 145 sq. ft. cooler addition + 1,385 sq. ft. basement). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file, plan review report and attached engineering. Work to include: removal of select site work, removal of drive-thru structural canopy, removal of select storefront windows, removal of select exterior finish, removal of select exterior walls, removal of select exterior storefront doors, removal of select mansard roof assembly, removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of interior menu boards and relocate, removal of dining area seating/tables/counters, select removal of select kitchen equipment and select replacement of kitchen equipment, select new site work, new exterior site concrete sidewalk, replace guardrail leading to basement, select new footing for addition, select new exterior wall infill, select new exterior wall assembly, select new exterior storefronts window and doors, select new interior nonbearing walls, relocate beverage bar counter, restroom remodel, new dining room fixture, millwork, select new kitchen equipment, select new exterior walk-in cooler, exterior roof access ladder to be in the interior of the building and adding a new roof hatch, new exterior TPO roof, select new gypsum and suspended acoustic ceiling, select new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC.
