Certificate of compliance will be issued upon completion. Permit to remodel an existing 444 sq.ft. CT machine room. Work to include: removal of old CT machine and associated equipment, new CT machine and associated equipment, new boom mounted to the ceiling per structural engineering, new flooring, new wall finish, new cabinetry, minor mechanical, and minor electrical. All new interior finish shall meet 2015 IBC chapter 8 requirements. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
