Permit to remodel an existing 5,400 SF of retail sales floor and display space on the second floor of Boise town square mall. Work to include: Construct non-load bearing interior walls, new finishes and flooring, electrical work, minor plumbing work, relocating fire sprinklers. Interior finishes shall be in compliance with Chapter 8 2015 IBC. Racking above 8'-0" not approved under this permit.
