(MOD PIZZA) (STRUCTURAL UPGRADES) Permit to provide hold downs for additional shear for existing structure on both the southern exterior wall and interior tenant separation wall. Work to include new hold downs and shear panels installed at exterior wall along grid line “G” and shear panels installed at interior tenant separation wall. The existing building was modified under BLD18-04539 and openings were cut in existing shear walls. Structural Calculations have been provided for seismic and wind for the entire building. This is a scope of work permit and a certificate of completion will be issued for this permit. Occupancy for the future tenant “Mod Pizza,” BLD19-02238 shall not be issued until this work is complete.
