(DID2) (Early Start under BLD19-03352) Permit for tenant improvements to an existing 79,711 sq ft unlimited area building with work to include the construction of new interior nonbearing walls to create new restrooms, office, breakroom, conference and office areas.The assemby use is accessory to the S-1 occupancy. Additional HVAC units are being added to the building as part of this permit. All work per the approved plans and the attached engineering. No racking is allowed under this permit. Any racking over 8 feet in height requires a separate racking permit. This building is fully fire sprinklered for unlimited area. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM

Fire sprinkler inspection for office area is complete (Office scope FIR permit is finaled), fire alarm inspection for TCO is complete (have items that need to be inspected after permenant power is established), fire extinguishers are placed with current inspection tags. Per conversation with Ron Johnson, TCO for life fire safety is autorized for 90 days, signatures provided on signature card for temporary occupancy.

fire sprinkler spray issues were resolved, 2 heads changed out , and EM''s are installed as per design. If possible a 10-12 noon inspection is requested.
