Permit to remodel an existing 2,634 sq.ft. business space previously occupied under BLD08-02254. Work to include: Construct non-load bearing interior walls, new interior door, new finishes, new lighting, new millwork and sink, electrical work, and plumbing work. Approval is contingent on adhering to approved plans, local codes and ordinances. Interior finishes shall be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings fire sprinkler or fire alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 as regulated by the Boise fire department.
