A10 CAPITAL (current tenant) will occupy Suite 1100 and the remainder will be a vanilla tenant and be Suite 1150. Work to include: minor demolition, construction of non-load bearing interior walls, doors, and minor electrical. Approval is contingent on adhering to the approved plans, local codes and ordinances.
