To remodel an existing 1,154 square foot tenant space located within an existing 8,125 square foot strip mall building for a new nail salon tenant. This tenant space was formerly occupied by “General Nutrition Center”. Two new sinks, 3 manicure tables, 2 nail polish stations, and 6 pedicure chairs will be provided. Work is to include saw cutting the concrete slab on grade floor to accommodate new under slab plumbing, patching the concrete floor slab, and new tile flooring. An electrical washer and a dryer will also be installed. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department.
