**(US BANK BLDG - STOEL RIVES – SUITE #1900)** This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. Permit for interior Tenant improvements to the 20th floor (3,764 sq. ft.) of an existing for the existing Tenant which also occupies the 19th floor (11,626 sq ft). No change of Tenant or Occupancy load. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, removal of existing, electrical work and mechanical work; Install non-bearing interior walls and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. Use of rooms and occupancy per room is not proposed to alter. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered.
