(GALENA OPPORTUNITY FUND – 14TH STORY) The fire sprinkler system is used for high rise. To remodel an existing 2,153 square foot tenant space located on the 14th story of an existing high rise building for a new office tenant. Work is to include interior non-bearing walls, interior doors, interior glass windows, millwork, and finishes. The existing 2-hr fire barrier wall that functions as a horizontal exit that was constructed in 1994 is required to be maintained. The common toilet rooms were upgraded to be accessible to the disabled under permit BLD18-02263. The work authorized under that permit is required to be completed and the permit finaled before a permanent Certificate of Occupancy is issued to this tenant. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
