Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a single-user toilet/shower room accessible to the disabled, a gypsum board ceiling above the new toilet/shower room, millwork, and finishes. Except for the toilet room, the ceiling will be open to the structure above. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
