Per specific conditions of approval, no temporary occupancy of garage allowed prior to framing of 5th and 6th floors** Permit to build-out the interior of the parking garage of a new 8-story shell/core building constructed under BLD19-03238. Work to include: interior rated walls separating garage from other occupancies; interior non-bearing partition walls and doors for parking garage office restroom, storage/support rooms located within the garage, enclosing Lobbies 136, 201, 304, 310, 404, 410; plumbing, mechanical, electrical. Deferred submittal for cable guard engineering requried prior to installation. This building will be sprinklered with a fully compliant NFPA 13 and NFPA fire alarm system for occupancy, allowable area increase, and height increase. **JAR** Note: This building was permitted under the 2003 FIS/FIRM.
