Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal and relocation of select door/door frame, removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create (2) vestibules and a new accessible women’s restroom, select new door/door frames, select new gypsum ceiling, electrical work, plumbing work mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
