Jg// (2 PERMITS FILED UNDER BLD19-04815 IN EPLAN) Permit is to remodel an existing 61,453 sq. ft. office/warehouse tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this tenant space is to be 31,938 sq. ft. (2,463 sq. ft. office + 29,475 sq. ft. warehouse) and the remaining 29,515 sq. ft. is to be an occupied tenant space created under BLD19-04942 . Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work to include: removal of select exterior wall for new design storefront openings, removal of select exterior wall for new design overhead doors openings, removal of existing mezzanine and mezzanine stairs, new design exterior awnings, new exterior dock and dock retaining walls, new dock leveler, new exterior concrete ramps , construction of select interior nonbearing wall to demise tenant spaces, construction of select interior nonbearing walls for new offices, new conference rooms, new break room, new janitors closet and new accessible restrooms, new wall furring, select wall infill, select new door/door frames, millwork, new drinking fountains, select new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceilings, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. Note: special inspection required, see attached 310 form. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. The fire sprinkler system is used for unlimited area of the building. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
