(CAFE RIO) Permit is to remodel an existing 3,000 sq. ft. restaurant tenant space for a new restaurant tenant. Work to include: interior demo; construction of new non-bearing interior walls; two multi-user toilet rooms accessible to the disabled; new UL listed kitchen equipment; mechanical work including a new Type I Hood and new rooftop unit; plumbing including saw cutting existing concrete slab; electrical; and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. This building is NOT fire sprinklered. **JAR**
