Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling, construction of select new interior non-bearing walls to create three offices, select new door/door frames, select new interior windows, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered for hour substitution.
