This is a shell only permit. This permit is NOT intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant. Future occupancies could include B, M, S-1, and F-1. Future tenants are required to apply for their own permit to establish occupancy. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file, DRH19-00263, attached engineering and plan review report. Work to include: site work, construction of concrete foundation and concrete slab, concrete tilt-up exterior wall panels, steel open-web roof girders, steel open-web roof joists, steel roof decking, rigid insulation installed on top or the roof deck with a single ply membrane roof covering, a 1-hr fire riser room with a door directly to the outside, exterior shade awnings, electrical work, mechanical work and plumbing work. Note: Special inspection is required, see attached 310 form. The building fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **JG**
