Permit is to construct tenant improvements within a new 1668,000 sq. ft. building shell (Shell under BLD19-03269) and build-out a 116,607 sq. ft. office/warehouse use tenant space (5,881 sq. ft. office area + 110,726 sq. ft. warehouse storage area). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: construction of warehouse demising wall, construction of interior non-bearing walls to make offices, an open office area, a vestibule, a server room, a conference room, an exercise room, a break room and accessible men’s/women’s restrooms, new accessible men’s and women’s shower, select new door/door frames, millwork, Hi/Lo drinking fountains, new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**

Fire sprinkler inspection is complete, fire alarm inspection is complete, partial placement of fire extinguishers is complete (racking is not completed or inspected, fire extinguishers will be placed in areas still needing racking completion), exit signage is attached to racking in numerous areas, as stated racking needs to be completed , once racking is completed the remaining exit signs can be installed for life fie safety. 30 day TCO authorized for life fire safety, final sign off is contingent upon racking install, life fire safety inspection and completion for racking permit, final placement for ALL fire extinguishers as well as exit signage.
