***04/20/20 PLAN MODIFICATION TO RELOCATE ORIGINALLY PERMITTED STAIRWAY, REMOVE AND REPLACE ROOF WITH ENGINEERED TRUSS SYSTEM, CHANGE 2ND LEVEL WALL HEIGHT FOM 7'-8" TO 8'-11 1/4", 2ND LEVEL FRONT BEDROON TO GET AN ADDITION. ***W.U.I. HILLSIDE LOT ZONE A; CLASS "A" ROOF AND NON-COMBUSTIBLE EXTERIOR MATERIALS REQUIRED*** Permit for a remodel to include;..Basement Level: Addition of new Bedroom, Flex Room, Laundry Room and relocation of water heater. A new Window Well will also be added for egress.
Ground Level: Existing Laundry Room off of garage to be replaced with a new Powder Room.
Main Floor Level: Demo closet at front door and wall between living and dining rooms and add railing. Re-configure bathroom and bedrooms. Demo and re-configure kitchen. Demo step between Nook and Family Room and cut open floor for new stairway to basement. Demo a portion of existing back patio and add a 180 sq. ft. remodeled bathroom addition to Master Bedroom.
Existing Truss System: Modify existing Truss system to add new Trusses to raise ceiling and add W.U.I. compliant Skylight. Exterior: New Cedar Wrapped Window alteration on West Elevation. All work per plans, notes, engineering, & local code. Separate electrical, plumbing & mechanical permits required. **RDP** *** CAT I Hillside Permit; A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
