Overhead Shade Structure is not part of this Permit. Prescriptive Energy Compliance. A-1 zoning and setbacks per planning. ***RDP*** A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
