Work to include: interior non-bearing partitions to create an all new ground floor configuration (employee lounge, men's restroom, women's restroom, vestibule, instructional area, cash office, managers office, staging area, frame room, receiving area, all new mezzanine with 3 mezzanine access stairways, mezzanine railing, 1 new conveyor to mezzanine from receiving area, mechanical work, electrical work, plumbing work, structural work and finishes. Interior finishes shall be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings fire sprinkler or fire alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise fire department. **MDH**

Myself, the general contractor, sprinkler contractor and fire alarm contractor went over various requirements for final sign offs. I noted that the fire protection systems in the vacant side of the building will need to be code compliant and operational prior to any final sign offs.\
